We need volunteers

Assalamualaikum everybody,
FSC is back!! We hoped that you enjoyed your holidays so far.. We have got so much things in store for you ahead of the new semester..

If you haven't heard, FBEPS is looking for volunteers for the upcoming freshers week.. It seems that we, with the help of the lecturers, are again going to organize an Amazing Race, for the newbies.. The objective of this event to let the new comers of UBD, especially, the FBEPS students, to get use to the environment and their surroundings..

With that being said, we need around 60-70 volunteers, to help out during the event.. The volunteers will be given the task to handle the games and activities planned.. Some will be in charge of the refreshments, i.e. looking after the refreshments..

The event is a one day event, which will be held on, Tuesday, 28th July 2009, 8 am till 12 pm.. Volunteers will be given certificates, as well as refreshments, for their participation..

Briefed instructions will be given ahead of the event, by the lecturers, on Saturday, 25th July 2009, at 2.30 pm.. Venue G.10.. Please do come for that, as the meeting will give you more clearer picture of what are we going to do during the event itself..

We will also be organising a meeting for the FSC, Friday, 24th July 2009, at 10 am, FBEPS G.2, or FSC room.. The agenda for the meeting is for all to contribute ideas for the games and activities, which some have already been done by the lecturers.. Volunteers are too invited to come to the meeting.. Not compulsory though.. :) Together, we can generate fun ideas for the games and activities..

Invitations had been sent out on facebook as well.. So, please do invite your friends to be part of the event.. We hoped that you can help us make the event a successful and a memorable one, not just for newbies, but, for ourselves as well..

Think about it! Just a one day event, you get free foods! certificates! you'll get to know more friends and lecturers, get to know your juniors, and most importantly, you'll have the experience to handle such events..
