Surveys & Interviews by Our AR

This is another one from our AR.. She will be conducting surveys and interviews for the good of UBD's work.. So, please do participate on this.. :) Here's the extract of the email..

I will be conducting a series of discussions, surveys and interviews with students soon with regards to improving UBD work processes pertaining to students, once I have identified the questions, dates and venues. In that instance, grateful if you could help ask students to leave their email addresses to me or the clerks and I shall contact you guys via email/ Facebook/ or whatever means when the time comes.

This is just in.. We have received an email from our AR to inform you all about the forum.. So, without futher a due, here's the extract of the email:

Assalamualaikum WTB...

Dear Colleagues,

Referring to the email from Director of APB below, I would like to kindly get your cooperation to inform your students that APB will be organising FORUM KHAS MIB in conjunction with the Silver Jubilee of the National Day of Brunei on TUESDAY 19 MAY 2009 at 715 pm at ICC, Berakas. His Majesty the Sultan will be present during this forum.

As suggested from APB, we will required a total of 200 Students to attend for this prestigious event. Thus, we will need you to identify the following no. of students from your faculty/ Institute:

1) SHBIE = a total of 50 students
2) APB = 30 students
3) IM = 30 students
4) FASS = 30 students
5) FBEPS = 30 students
6) FOS = 30 students

We will distribute the official invitation on thursday onwards, but please remind your students that ATTENDANCE FOR THIS IS COMPULSORY. Bus will be arranged and informed to your AR's in due course. Names of students can be submitted to Zalina (AR HEP) via email zalina@admin.ubd.edu.bn or zalina.hm@gmail.com

Exams!!

Assalamualaikum..
Exam starts tomorrow.. How's the revisions going? hehe.. On behalf of everybody, I want to wish everybody the best of luck for the upcoming exams..

Do not forget to bring the important stuffs such as stationeries, UBD card, IC, clothings, and brain full of knowledge.. hahha.. :p

It is advised for us to arrive 15 minutes earlier before the start of respective exams.. The most important thing to do before the exams, especially for the muslims, is to recite the doa.. Hopefully this could keep us calm when answering the papers.. ;)

Once again, on behalf of the FSC, we like to give a big thanks to the hard working FSC members, kind volunteers, anyone connected to the event and especially to the very determined participants who made this event successful.

if there were any inconvenience, wrongdoings and dissatifaction caused during the event, we humbly ask for your apology. It is our mistakes and we will look into the matter. However, some matters are already being reviewed and hopefully, if there is a next amazing race, there will be less apology needed or non at all =)

Lastly, congratulations and a big applause to the winners and the participants. We hope that you enjoyed the event and have added this event into your sweet memory list. we also hope the 4th years who wanted to have this amazing race, enjoyed the event. You asked and you shall receive =) We, FSC, only live to serve! =) Until then!

Never fear as we (1st,2nd and 3rd years) have at least one more year at FBEPS and many chances to be taken picture of. At least the 4th years have taken their group photo together. Just a bit of information, the movie night will be held this summer =P
All FBEPS students are invited (terms and conditions apply)
Hopefully there is going to be a THEME!
